What we collect
When you buy something or get in touch, you give us a few details directly. Your name, your delivery address, your email, and your phone number. If you write to us, we keep what you wrote so we can answer it.
Some things are gathered quietly as you browse. The pages you open, the device and browser you use, and a rough sense of where you are connecting from. This sits in our records to help the site run and to show us what is working.
We do not see or store your full card details. Payment information goes straight to our payment provider, which is built to hold it safely.
Why we hold it
The reason is simple. We use your details to take your order, deliver it, and stay in touch about it.
- To process and ship what you ordered, and to handle returns or questions.
- To send order and delivery updates, and to reply when you reach out.
- To send occasional email about new pieces, only if you have asked us to.
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud, and meet our obligations under Indian law.
If you have opted in to email, you can step out of it at any time. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and one click is enough.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We do pass parts of it to a small set of trusted services that help us run the shop, and only the parts they need to do their job.
- Payment providers, to take your payment securely.
- Delivery partners, to carry your order to your door.
- Email and messaging tools, to send the updates you expect from us.
- Analytics and hosting services, to keep the site running and to understand how it is used.
These partners are bound to use your details only for the work we ask of them. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies, which are small files saved by your browser. Some keep your cart and your session working as you move around. Others help us see, in broad terms, how the site is used so we can make it better.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. If you turn them off, parts of the site may not behave as they should.
How long we keep it
We hold your details for as long as your account or order needs them, and for as long as the law asks us to keep records of a sale. After that, we remove them or strip out anything that identifies you.

Keeping it safe
We take sensible steps to protect your information, and we work with providers who do the same. No system online is ever perfect, so we cannot promise it is beyond reach. What we can promise is that we treat your details with care and ask only for what we need.
