Where we ship
We ship across India. Your order travels with a trusted courier, fully insured from the moment it leaves us until it reaches your hands.
Dispatch and delivery
Most orders are dispatched within 2 to 4 business days. Once it is on its way, you will have a tracking link to follow.
Delivery usually takes a further 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you are. Pieces leave us packed with care, ready to be worn.
Insured in transit
Every shipment is insured for its full value while it travels. If a parcel arrives damaged, write to us with a photo and we will set it right.
Returns
If a piece is not right for you, you have 14 to 30 days from delivery to send it back. We keep the conditions simple.
- The piece is unworn and in its original condition.
- It comes back in its original packaging, with any tags still attached.
- Earrings, for reasons of hygiene, cannot be returned once opened.
Once your return reaches us, we check the piece and process it without delay.
