We keep this simple. If a piece is not right for you, here is exactly how returns and refunds work.
The window
You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return. Write to us within that window and we will arrange the rest.
The conditions
- The piece is unworn and in its original condition.
- It comes back in its original packaging, with any tags still attached.
- Earrings, for reasons of hygiene, cannot be returned once opened.
Your refund
Once your return reaches us, we check the piece and process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
Damaged on arrival
Every shipment is insured in transit. If a parcel arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will set it right with a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
