These terms cover how you use the Cilvé website and how orders are placed and handled. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to what follows. Please read it once. If something is unclear, write to us and we will explain it plainly.
Using the site
You are welcome to browse, read, and shop. We ask that you use the site for its intended purpose and within the law. Do not attempt to disrupt it, copy it wholesale, or access parts of it you were not meant to reach.
If you create an account, the details you give us should be accurate, and the account is yours to look after. Keep your login to yourself.
Orders and acceptance
An order placed on the site is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email, and the contract between us begins once we accept and send that confirmation. Until then, an order is not binding on either side.
Now and then we may need to decline or cancel an order. Reasons include a piece being unavailable, an error in the listing, or a problem verifying payment. If that happens after you have paid, we return the amount in full.
Pricing and availability
Prices and stock are shown as accurately as we can manage and can change without notice. Pieces are made in small numbers, so a design you saw may sell through.
If a clear pricing or description error slips through, we may correct it before accepting your order, and we will tell you if it affects something you have placed. You are free to confirm at the corrected price or walk away.
Intellectual property
The Cilvé name, the designs, the photography, and the words on this site belong to us. You may view and share them in the ordinary way a customer would. You may not reuse them for your own commercial purpose, reproduce our designs, or pass our work off as your own without written permission.
Limitation of liability
We take care with the site and with every order, but we cannot promise the site will always be available or free of error. To the extent the law allows, Cilvé is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.
Nothing here limits any right you hold under Indian consumer law. Where such rights apply, they stand.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be settled between us falls to the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
